Get ready for the 2010 Golden Image!

The 2010 Golden Image Call for Entries is available. As your 2010 Local Image Team, we are sending this reminder to all of you so you have time to prepare your winning entries.

The Golden Image Awards competition is conducted annually by the Florida Public Relations Association to recognize outstanding public relations programs in Florida and to encourage and promote the development of public relations professionalism in our state.

What motivates a company or individual to enter the competition? It is the sense of accomplishment and pride when your work it recognized by your peers. It is a time for you and your company to shine in front of public relations and marketing professionals from across the state. If you already submitted an entry on the local level, you have done a lot of the work already. Now, you can now tweak your entries and re-submit for the state awards.

Please complete the Entry Form and prepare and submit your entry or entries as explained in the Rules for Entry. Entries that do not follow the Rules for Entry may be disqualified.

Kate Gooderham, APR, CPRC, of Gooderham & Associates, is once again sponsoring the courier to take chapter entries up the State Office. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please make sure your entry is dropped off by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 to:
