Collier County Sheriff’s Office
• Chief, Community Engagement Department
Responsible for providing leadership to integral components of the agency including Public Affairs, Crime Prevention, Planning and Research, Victim Advocate, Senior Services, Volunteers, Minority Affairs and Crime Analysis.  Report directly to the Sheriff and provide Chief-of-Staff type duties for his office.  Provide strategic advisement to the Sheriff on issues impacting the community and the agency.  Responsible for all organizational branding, message delivery programs, positioning strategies and crisis communications.
• Director, Communications Division
Responsible for the emergency communications function of the agency, including 9-1-1 operations, radio dispatch operations, and emergency medical dispatch quality assurance.  Created budgets and provided leadership to team of approximately 120 staff members.
