More and more decisions about
which organizations customers and clients want to do business with is influenced
based on the organization's reputation for giving back to society via their
social responsibility initiatives. The icing on the cake: organizations that
have employees who participate in those initiatives. Turns out they are more
satisfied as employees and better ambassadors in general, advocating positively
about the organization to family, friends and acquaintances. Learn about the key
elements of successful social responsibility programs and hear case examples
from companies who have been successful in engaging their employees in those
efforts.
